An Example of a Cancellation Letter:
1. A cancellation letter is from the Chinese Government with the stamp of the local Science and Technology Bureau. you will receive this when your current school cancel your work permit card in the system: this whole process can take up to two weeks).
2. A release letter from your school. This must have the school’s stamp for it to be valid.
3. If you want to work for another new school, you must get the cancellation letter and release letter/reference letter to transfer your visa to another school. This process takes around two weeks.
