Hours: 8am – 4.30pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: 32k -50k (dependent on experience – before tax)

Degree: Yes (an educational degree is an advantage)
PGCE: Required
Experience: 2 years, IB – PYP, MYP DP curriculum strongly preferred

About Role

We are looking for an innovative Learning Technology Coach, is a member of the learning community which is comprised of students, teachers, administrators and parents. Duties including facilitating educational technology integration, STEAM, design thinking and innovation at the school(s) assigned.Learning Technology Coach assists teachers in using technology effectively for assessing student learning, differentiating instruction and providing engaging learning experience for students.

Post-holder Qualifications, Experience

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
  • Certified teacher with at least three years successful classroom experience
  • An understanding of ISTE standards (ISTE certification highly valued)
  • Record of engagement with peers through conference participation, professional writing, personal learning networks and communities of practice
  • Demonstrated experience using technology supported learning initiatives in the classroom such as blended learning, inquiry-based learning, STEAM, and design thinking
  • At least two years post qualification experience
  • Bachelor or above degree is required
  • PGCE or QTS, Teaching License from non-UK countries are required
